When is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is possible from 15:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 am. Should you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us – we will find a solution.

Is there a car park at the hotel?

Yes, your vehicle is safe and protected from the weather in our own underground car park – free of charge for our guests, of course.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Pets are allowed in the hotel on request and subject to availability.

How do table reservations work at the Scotch Club or Salon Lech?

As a house guest, you have guaranteed table availability in one of our restaurants every day. You can make your selection and requests conveniently at check-in or in advance via our reservations team.

Can I cancel my stay at short notice?

Our cancellation conditions depend on the booking period and booking channel. You will find the applicable conditions in your booking confirmation. If you have any questions, our reservations team will be happy to help you.

Is the MonteKristo SPA also open to day guests?

The MonteKristo SPA is reserved exclusively for our hotel guests.

How far is the Hotel Kristberg from the centre?

Only about 2 minutes’ walk – slightly elevated, with a wonderful view.

How far away are the nearest airports? How long does the journey take?

Innsbruck: approx. 120 km / 1 h 40 min (depending on traffic)
Zurich: approx. 200 km / 2 h 30 min
Munich: approx. 300 km / 3 h 15 min

How far away are the nearest railway stations?

Langen am Arlberg: approx. 15 km
St. Anton am Arlberg: approx. 20 km

What is the easiest way to get to the station?

By taxi or bus – we will be happy to advise you in advance!

What are the prices of the ski passes?

These depend on the season and validity period. You can find the latest information at SkiArlberg.at

Where can I get the ski pass deposit back?

The deposit will be refunded at the points of sale or return machines.

Will the ski pass be refunded in the event of a skiing accident?

Partly yes – please enquire at the point of sale about the current regulations.

Is the ski area large?

Yes, the Lech Zürs am Arlberg ski area is one of the largest and most renowned in Europe.

Which ski hire do you recommend?

We recommend the Sportalp, just a few steps away from the hotel.
